As an association of builders and developers, CREDAI Warangal is dedicated to fostering world-class urban development in our state. In collaboration with CREDAI, we are continually progressing toward this shared vision.

Since its inception in 2000, CREDAI Warangal has actively contributed to shaping policies and regulations for urban development through constructive dialogue with the state government. As the “Voice of the Housing Industry” in Warangal, we strive to introduce meaningful reforms in the real estate sector while addressing consumer concerns with greater efficiency and care.

Our association’s efforts have been pivotal in influencing key regulatory frameworks, including:

• Building Bye-Laws (1989, 1996, 2000, 2010)
• Town Policies
• Affordable Housing Policies

The government has thoughtfully incorporated many of our recommendations into these policies, ensuring a more robust and inclusive approach to urban development.
